Wilson drivers are very distinctive for its elegant appearance.  And its appearance does also mean that they perform well.  Big headed Wilson drivers do offer more forgiveness and are able to generate exceptional distance.  There are too many Wilson drivers to choose from and these points will be of help to you if you happen to decide on taking home a Wilson driver and get your hands on it on the field.  First is the loft.  Usually, the loft of Wilson drivers range from 7-12 degrees loft but they do also manufacture drivers with 9-11 degrees loft.  Keep in mind that the higher the loft the higher the shots and lower lofts produce lower shots.  Golfers with a slower swing will most likely hit the ball much further if they will use a Wilson driver with a higher loft.  Another point that you need to always remember about loft is that the higher the loft, the easier to hit but the less distance it could go.  Next to loft is the shaft.  Wilson drivers with graphite shafts perform better compared to Wilson drivers with steel shafts when it comes to hitting the ball and making it go far.  What the steel shafts do actually offer is the better feel it gives to the golfer.  You also need to take look at the flex.  Wilson drivers with regular shafts are perfect for most golfers.  Wilson drivers with stiff flex provide more accuracy for golfers with strong or quick swings.  A Wilson driver with light flex is strongly recommended to golfers who do not hit the ball very far
